The New York Times Sunday Magazine has always done right by me. There is rarely a weekend where I don't devour the content (As long as I can get to it before Eric. He has a tendency to wake up before me on Saturday and take the magazine on the train).
A couple of articles this summer have been up my educational alley.
First: The Next Kind of Integration. Socioeconomic distribution of students.
Second: A Teachable Moment. The rebuilding of the New Orleans school system in the post-Katrina years.
Boy, am I pumped for school to start on Tuesday. Or else I'm just delusional.
